id from your computer\, you may do so through this link: bid.
primechoiceauctions.com Google Chrome is the recommended br
owser if you wish to bid from a computer.  All internet bid
ding related questions should be directed to Victoria Shuf
fler at (828) 368-1263 Calls or texts are welcome. You may
also email info@primechoiceauctions.com ONLINE BIDDERS!!!! Y
ou may place prebids prior to the start of the sale. Prebidd
ing/Early Absentee Bidding is available to you NOW! This is
a useful feature if you will be unable to watch live on sale
day\, have poor cell service/internet connectivity\, or just
prefer to bid in a relaxed manner without the pressure of a
live auction. Pre-bidding works just like eBay! You'll plac
e your maximum bid then sit back and let the computer do the
work for you! The computer will only raise your bid increme
ntally as needed to keep you in the winning position!  PLEA
SE NOTE that if a horse comes into the ring and an announcem
ent is made or something is visible that was not disclosed i
n the information that was available to you ahead of time (i
.e. - horse is announced to crib\, horse is visibly lame\, was
injured on the trailer\, has a large scar that wasn't mentio
ned\, etc) and there are prebids placed on that horse\, we WIL
L NOT honor those prebids for your protection. We want you t
o bid with confidence and the most accurate information avai
lable. No need to send you an unwelcome surprise! You can in
crease your maximum bid if needed at any time!  Live Biddin
g on Sale Day When we go live at sale time\, you can watch in
real time with NO delay and bid right from your smart phone
or computer\, just as if you were with us in person! You'll
have real time video & audio with bid buttons so you can bid
right along with the folks who are there in person!  Go to

ON PLEASE NOTE: You will need to use a valid debit or credit
card to register for online bidding. Your card WILL NOT be
charged upon registration\, but it will be authorized to be s
ure it is valid. Some mobile banking apps will send you a no
tification that looks like a charge. DON'T PANIC! We ARE NOT
charging you to register as an online bidder - just making
sure you are a real person with a working card. This is an u
nfortunate necessity in this day and time. That preauthoriza
tion will NEVER COMPLETE and will fall off like it was never
there. It IS NOT a charge!  We remove the authorization im
mediately on our end at the completion of the sale. When it
officially falls off on your end is entirely dependent on yo
ur bank. (Much like when you rent a car!) You do NOT have
to use the card you register with for final payment\, and are
welcome to pay by cash at pick up! ** Please remember\, DIX
IE HORSE AUCTION will be calling you to process your desired
method of payment\, by end of sale** Should you have any onl
ine questions please reach out to Victoria Shuffler (828) 36
8-1263. If it is after sale time please be mindful that she
may not be available to answer as the sale has begun.  INTE
RNET BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE! When you register to bid\, Prime Ch
oice Auctions will place a $1000 preauthorization on the c
redit or debit card that you register with. This is NOT a ch
arge\, just a preauthorization. Your mobile banking may send
a notification that appears as a charge - AGAIN\, it is just
a preauthorization. The $1000 will show as "pending" and the
n never complete but rather\, will just vanish as if it was n
ever there. Once the sale is complete\, this preauthorizatio
n is released for all non-winning bidders. Winning bidders w
ill have the preauthorization lifted once final settlement i
s made with the auction company. If for any reason you as a
winning bidder fail to make final payment to the auction co
mpany before the open of business on Monday\, you understand
that Prime Choice Auction will finalize the $1000 preautho
rization and remit it to the auction company to be applied t
o your bill. Further\, you understand that Prime Choice Aucti
ons will charge your registered card for the full amount du
e to the auction company for your winning bids. BID RESPONSI
BLY and remember\, your bid is a legally binding contract! Yo
u are responsible for your winning bids.  Shipping or picku
p responsibility of the buyer. All items to be removed from
auction facility by 12:00pm Sunday November 29th unless alte
rnate arrangements are made with Dixie Horse Auction prior t
 o purchase.
