We ARE N OT charging you to register as an online bidder - just makin g sure you are a real person with a working card. This is an unfortunate necessity in this day and time. That preauthori zation will NEVER COMPLETE and will fall off like it was nev er there. It IS NOT a charge!  We remove the authorization immediately on our end at the completion of the sale. The $1000 will show as "pending" and t hen never complete but rather\, will just vanish as if it was never there. Once the sale is complete\, this preauthorizat ion is released for all non-winning bidders. Winning bidders will have the preauthorization lifted once final settlement is made with the auction company.
