That will register you for the whole sale, not just that lot number. Fill out all of the required prompts, accept the terms and conditions and place your credit card info online.

BUYERS PAYMENT:

This is a useful feature if you will be unable to watch live on sale day, have poor cell service/internet connectivity, or just prefer to bid in a relaxed manner without the pressure of a live auction. Pre-bidding works just like eBay! You'll place your maximum bid then sit back and let the computer do the work for you! The computer will only raise your bid incrementally as needed to keep you in the winning position!
PLEASE NOTE that if a horse comes into the ring and an announcement is made or something is visible that was not disclosed in the information that was available to you ahead of time (i.e. - horse is announced to crib, horse is visibly lame, was injured on the trailer, has a large scar that wasn't mentioned, etc) and there are prebids placed on that horse, we WILL NOT honor those prebids for your protection. We want you to bid with confidence and the most accurate information available. No need to send you an unwelcome surprise!

Your card WILL NOT be charged upon registration, but it will be authorized to be sure it is valid. Some mobile banking apps will send you a notification that looks like a charge. DON'T PANIC! We ARE NOT charging you to register as an online bidder - just making sure you are a real person with a working card. This is an unfortunate necessity in this day and time. That preauthorization will NEVER COMPLETE and will fall off like it was never there. It IS NOT a charge! We remove the authorization immediately on our end at the completion of the sale. When it officially falls off on your end is entirely dependent on your bank. (Much like when you rent a car!) You do NOT have to use the card you register with for final payment, and are welcome to pay by cash at pick up!

BIDDING

Each horse will be sold to the highest bidder, with the exception of reserved prices. The decision of the auctioneer will be final if any questions arise during the sale. The auctioneer also reserves the right to reject any bids.
Horsemans Mission select sale &its Associates act as agents only and are not responsible for buyer/seller misunderstandings. All guarantees are between the buyer and seller, except as provided in our soundness guarantee, all horses are sold " as is "without any express or implied warranties. ( Consignor has the privilege to no sale or pass out his horse). ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVATE SALES ALL HORSES MUST SELL THROUGH SALE.

CATALOG
Every effort has been made to ensure the correctness of the catalog, however the seller, sale manager and the auctioneer are not responsible for errors or omissions. All statements and corrections announced at the time of sale shall supersede the catalog. All comments stated in the catalog are as stated from the consignor and not the sale management. Again we have made every effort to assure the catalog is correct.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements from auction block take precedence over any printed material.
HEALTH
All horses will have a current negative Coggins test, a vet will be available for Health Certificates.
RIDABILITY
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the horse is a good fit, we are not responsible for your inability to ride the horse.
SOUNDNESS GUARANTEE
All horses will go through a overall soundness and physical health exam by Dr. Welker on Thursday October 17th starting at 1pm. Any issues detected by Dr. Welker will be called at time of sale. All horses are sold as sound unless stated otherwise from the auctionblock. We represent and warrant to the buyer the following 48 hours after being sold : the horse sound of eyes and wind. The horse will hit the ground sound on all 4 feet. The horse is not a cribber and has not been nerved.
This soundness guarantee will apply only to horses with problems existing prior to sale time and not to problems caused after the sale by the buyers hauling or use of the horse. Soundness does not guarantee pass of a check by your vet following the sale. All vet exams shall be done PRIOR to buying the horse, NOT after. Please examine horses prior to entering the sale ring. The sale staff is not responsible for announcing scars or blemishes, heights are approximate.
Ray Raber or any sale management have the final say over any controversy.
If a situation occurs that a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase, and the consignor agrees to take the horse back, the buyer will be required to pay for the commission and consignment fees.
Neither the auctioneer, HMSS, any representative thereof, nor consultants shall be responsible for any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the loss, damage, injury, death , or illness of any horse, human, or property before, during or after the sale.
ALL HORSES MUST GO THROUGH THE SALE RING, AND ALL TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE SALE OFFICE. NO PRIVATE SALES.
EQUINE INSURANCE
Eric Tapp & associates is providing a 24 hour drop of the hammer mortality coverage for all horses purchased at The Horseman's Mission Select Sale October 19th. We highly recommend that buyers protect their investments and purchase equine insurance right after the sale. Eric Tapp and Associates will be on-site to assist with INSURANCE needs.
